Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms governing the cancellation of pre-orders, refunds, and product returns for purchases made through the Powerland website. By placing a pre-order or purchasing a product, you agree to this Policy.

2. Pre-Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their pre-order at any time before production of the vehicle begins.

Immediate Cancellation

If a cancellation request is received shortly after placing the pre-order and before any order processing or administrative work has commenced, Powerland will refund the pre-order amount less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway (such as Stripe) or financial institution.

Cancellation Before Production

If a cancellation request is received after order processing has begun but before production starts, Powerland may deduct reasonable administrative, processing, and other standard charges incurred in connection with the order. The amount deducted will depend on the stage of order processing at the time the cancellation request is received.

Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production of the vehicle has commenced, the pre-order deposit may become partially or fully non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

3. Order Cancellation by Powerland

Powerland reserves the right to cancel any order or pre-order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Compliance with applicable laws or regulations

If Powerland cancels your order, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.

5. Returns

Because Powerland vehicles are built to order and require customer assembly, returned vehicles are generally not accepted once they have been delivered, except where required by applicable law or if covered under the applicable Limited Warranty.

Requests relating to defective or damaged products should be reported to Powerland promptly after delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Powerland as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Where appropriate, we may repair, replace, or provide another suitable resolution in accordance with our Limited Warranty and applicable law.

7. Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues are governed by the separate Powerland Limited Warranty and are not covered by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
